CHANGE, CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

For transfer reservations in the New York, U.S, a change fee or late cancellation fee for Limousines, Mercedes, and other luxurious cars, Sprinters of $xyz USD will be charged to customers to all transfer reservations, cancellation, changes within the minimum stated time prior to the scheduled pick up time. However, if the sum of all charges that would have been incurred for the reservation is less, then the lesser amount applies. Moreover, for hourly reservations cancellation, change, and transfer reservation for Limousines, Mercedes, and other Luxurious cars, Sprinters, the change fee or late cancellation fee is equal to the base rate times the hourly minimum*.

For all cities in NewYork where a reservation is changed or canceled within the minimum stated time prior to the scheduled pick up, transfer reservations for luxurious cars such as Limousine, SUVs, and more will incur a fee equal to the applicable base transfer rate plus local value-added tax (VAT) where applicable*.

In cases of a no show a fee equal to hourly minimum or base transfer rates for the confirmed booking of vehicle, in addition to airport fee, toll(s) charges, fuel surcharge, and parking, will be applicable if the passenger fails to cancel or meet the chauffeur at the designated pick up location for the made reservations*.

However, to avoid a late cancellation fee, change fee, or no-show fee, the reservation(s) must be changed or canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy of Bakry Express. Moreover, you may either call +1 1844-444-3436 | 718-719-2040 or cancel the reservation at info@bakryexpress.com.

In case you find it difficult to locate your chauffeur, please call the Service Provider at 1844-444-3436 | 718-719-2040. However, leaving the pick-up location without notifying Bakry Express will result in a no-show fee.

NOTE: All Special Event Change and Cancellation Policies supersede standard Change and Cancellation Policies.

GARAGE-TO-GARAGE CALCULATIONS

Under our Garage-to-Garage charges policy, we calculate the charges by applying the applicable hourly rate commencing from when the chauffeur departs from the garage to begin service and continuing until the chauffeur concludes service and returns back to the garage. You may receive a minimum number of billable hours appears as an estimated amount. However, the actual billable hours may exceed the minimum.

WAIT TIME – AIRPORT TRANSFER

We do not apply wait time charges for commercial flights, however, unless the customers choose to differ from proceeding to the stated customer/chauffeur meeting location. In such cases, customers are permitted fifteen (15) minutes of wait time after the scheduled pickup time. Wait time beyond fifteen (15) minutes will result in waiting charges which are equal to the transfer base rate plus the hourly rate prorated in ten (10) minute intervals.

WAIT TIME – POINT-TO-POINT TRANSFER

Bakry Express offers its customers a permitted fifteen (15) minutes of wait time after the scheduled pickup time. However, if the wait time exceeds fifteen (15), this act will result in charges equal to the transfer base rate plus the hourly charge prorated in ten (10) minute intervals.

EXTRA STOPS

Under our extra stop policy, we allow our customers to make one stop along the route, which should not exceed fifteen (15) minutes under the policy. However, if the stop exceeds fifteen (15) minutes, then the customer is charged the transfer base rate plus the hourly rate for the vehicle in fifteen (15) minute increments up to forty (40) minutes (rounded up) for the time that the chauffeur waits. Moreover, if the customer takes more than one stop, or if that one stop lasts more than thirty (30) minutes, then the overall trip will be charged as an hourly rate trip.

INCIDENTALS FEES

Incidentals fee includes, but are not limited to, chauffeur meals and hotel accommodations, parking fees, greeter fee, port fee, special requests, tolls fees, and more*.

FUEL SURCHARGE

For Limousine, SUVs, and Mercedes services in New York, the United States, the Fuel Surcharge will be calculated based on the Energy Information Agency’s (EIA’s) published fuel pricing on time. The quoted amount may differ from the billed amount based on the forecast in effect when services are provided. Fuel surcharges for special vehicles, including Sprinters, will vary.

ESTIMATED INCLUSIVE QUOTE

EXCHANGE RATE

All the quoted prices for the booked rides will be calculated on the currency rate in force at the time of booking. If the currency rates change till the day of the booking, then the determined billing will be made under the time currency rate.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

The charge for service between a commercial airport or FBO location and a predefined location.

HOURLY CHARGE

The fee for “As-Directed” service when there is an itinerary or the driver follows the customer’s instructions; usually involves several stops.

POINT-TO-POINT TRANSFER

The cost of a predetermined transfer from the busiest routes in a specific market, distinct from and in addition to airport transfers as previously stated.

BASE RATE

The base rates are the charges for the primary transportation services before adding any Gratuity, STC, Airport Fee, Fuel Surcharge, Incidental Charges, International Arrival Fee, and/or Tax is added.

CHILD SAFETY SEATS

Bakry Express, in order to provide age and weight-appropriate equipment for safety reasons, does not provide child safety or booster seats. However, we request our customers to install their own child safety or booster seats for child safety.

SAFETY BELTS

Bakry Express takes the safety of its customer seriously and requests all its passengers to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding safety belts and other safety equipment.

INSURANCE

Bakry Express provides Auto liability insurance for all its services. It is obtained in the market where the service is provided and must offer coverage that is at least as extensive as what is legally allowed in that market.

CHAUFFEUR CONDUCT

Bakry Express works under a zero-tolerance policy with regard to any type of alcohol or drug consumption. We are dedicated and committed to our ethical values, which ensure that our services and workplace remain free from the effects of any type of drugs and alcohol in order to maintain a healthy and safe environment for employees and customers.

Suppose you have a suspicion that any of the Bakry Express employees or chauffeurs are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other dangerous and illegal substance. In that case, you should report it immediately by calling 1844-444-3436 | 718-719-2040; we are available at your service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS

Bakry Express to make it a clean environment for all the passengers and permit animals to be transported in a kennel or soft-sided pet container only. However, in case of any sudden incident occurs that causes damage to the vehicle, damage and/or cleaning fee may be charged. Moreover, we care for our passengers; therefore, any passenger with disabilities traveling with a service animal does not require to be transported in a kennel or soft-sided pet container.

ACCESSIBILITY

We do not discriminate against any person with a disability and cater to all. For passengers with any hearing disability, totally or partially blindness, or physical disability riding in any vehicle of Bakry Express, they are permitted to be accompanied by a service animal without being required to pay an extra charge for the service animal.

LOST OR MISPLACED ITEMS

Bakry Express takes no liability for lost or misplaced items and requires its passengers to take care of all the items by themselves.

IN-VEHICLE COMPLIMENTARY WIFI

Bakry Express offers its passengers complimentary free WIFI in vehicles. However, any passenger who utilizes the complimentary WiFi understands and agrees that they are knowingly open to risks to their important security, privacy, and confidentiality inherent in accessing or transmitting information through the Internet, whether the connection to the Internet is facilitated through wired or wireless technology.

These security threats may range from interception of transmissions, introducing your device to viruses that can damage your network or device, or loss of some or complete data.

ACCORDINGLY, ALL PASSENGERS AGREE THAT BAKRY EXPRESS, ITS OWNERS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARENTS, INVESTORS, AND INSURERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INTERCEPTION OF TRANSMISSIONS, FILE CORRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, HACKING, OR DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE OR NETWORK THAT RESULTS FROM THE TRANSMISSION OR DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS THROUGH THE SERVICE.

NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY

Bakry Express provides transportation services based solely upon vehicle and chauffeur availability, without any regard to sex, race, color, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, gender identification, disability, age, or geographic departure point or destination.
